Background

An application was received by the Greenvale Residents Association and the family of the late Mr Charlie Grech, requesting that a reserve located in Normanby Drive Greenvale be named after the late Mr Grech, who was a resident of Greenvale for almost 50 years.

In accordance with the Naming Rules for Places in Victoria – Statutory Requirements for Naming Roads, Features and Localities – 2016, and Hume City Council’s Place Names Policy, Council invited local residents to have their say on this naming proposal.
