APA is a leading Australian energy infrastructure business, operating and maintaining natural gas networks throughout Australia. To ensure the growing areas of Hume can access gas reliably, the Western Outer Ring Main is being proposed – a natural gas pipeline which would run from Wollert and Plumpton – to meet the needs of the community both now and into the future.

APA is currently seeking regulatory approvals for their project from the relevant State and Federal government authorities, and construction is scheduled to begin towards the end of 2021 with completion of construction scheduled mid-late 2022.
