Amendment C247 – 225-285 Donnybrook Road – Land Rezoning
Consultation has concluded
The Amendment proposed to rezone an area of industrial land at 225-285 Donnybrook Road to part ‘General Residential Zone’ and part ‘Special Use Zone, Schedule 12’ as shown in the map below. Click the map to enlarge.
The rezoning was principally required to respond to the realignment of the Aitken Boulevard/E14 transport corridor, which will provide an arterial road and a high capacity public transport connection route through the subject land.
The Amendment also proposes to introduce a ‘Development Plan Overlay, Schedule 31’ which will require the preparation of a Development Plan for the land, prior to any applications for development.
