Background

Council will create a plan for Bulla Parklands. This masterplan will guide future improvements and funding.

We want to make sure Bulla Parklands stays a place people love to visit, now and in the future. The plan will support outdoor activities for the community. It will also protect the park’s natural environment and Wurundjeri and Victorian cultural history.

Bulla War Memorial

The Bulla War Memorial cenotaph is another important local landmark nearby. We are looking at concerns about the safety of where the memorial is currently located and if it should be moved.

Please help us understand if people support moving the memorial. Your views will help guide any future applications to state or federal authorities.

Public toilets

We have heard the community needs a public toilet. In 2026, will be putting in a temporary one.

The masterplan will help us choose the best place for a permanent toilet for everyone to use.
