Background
Tell us about what is important to you, and how well you think Council is performing on a range of services we provide.
Between now and 3 October 2022, residents of Hume may be randomly contacted to complete a Community Indicators Survey over the telephone.
The Community Indicators Survey collects important information related to individual and community health and wellbeing, social participation and diversity, access to community services, attitudes towards environmental sustainability, civic engagement and Council’s performance.
The results of the Community Indicators Survey results will inform Council’s priorities and budgeting to ensure community needs and expectations continue to be met as the City grows.
Protecting your privacy
We understand that people may become concerned, when called, about possible scams. The consultants, Lighthouse Data Collection, will collect information from residents on behalf of Hume City Council. This company is a local Australian company and any information that they collect from you will remain anonymous and is protected by the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).
