Between now and 25 September 2023, residents of Hume may be randomly contacted to complete a Community Survey over the telephone or via email.

This survey will seek your feedback on how well you think Council has been performing over the last 12 months, and where you think we should focus our attention for the future.

The survey results will inform Council’s priorities to ensure community needs and expectations continue to be met as the City grows.

We understand that people may become concerned, when called, about possible scams. The consultants, Lighthouse Data Collection, will collect information from residents on behalf of Hume City Council. This company is a local Australian company and any information that they collect from you will remain anonymous and is protected by the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).
