The Hume Health and Wellbeing Plan 2021-2025 is an important strategic document for Council. It guides how Council will work alongside partners and the community over the next four years to support and improve health and wellbeing outcomes across the City.
The HHWP represents an important and exciting opportunity for Council and partners to work together to address the key health and wellbeing issues in the City and to generate positive and sustainable health and wellbeing outcomes for everyone who lives, works, learns and plays in Hume City.
Consultation has how closed, and is now being analysed and reviewed by Council Officers.
