Background
Council has received a request to name the park located at 54A Monomeath Drive, Mickleham. The name proposed for this location is Ace Reserve.
When designing the park the developer found many people wanted equipment that would help them exercise and stay active. Ace Reserve was the name chosen by the developer as it reflected the vibrant nature of the space and the play experiences it provided.
To comply with the Naming Rules for Places in Victoria and Hume City Council’s Place Names Policy, Council is required to invite local residents to have their say on this naming proposal.
