Background

Throughout 2022, Progress Reserve was upgraded to provide the Coolaroo and broader Hume community with an inviting, safe and relaxed recreational open space for all ages and abilities to meet and socialise.

Stage One was completed in April 2023 and included:

  • a new scooter track
  • new covered picnic and BBQ area
  • nature play area
  • climbing tower
  • tunnel play
  • junior and senior play areas
  • landscaped garden
  • tree planting
  • connected path network
  • irrigated lawn
  • new public toilets.


    • 12 months on, we wanted to hear how you felt about the upgrades through a short survey. The survey closed midnight 30 June 2024.
